Organization Structure
Production Managers
(Based in Karnataka and Maharashtra)
Manage and coordinate around 10-15 seed production units, keeping every step of production well-organized and on track.
Oversee every field activity and check that crops are healthy on a regular basis. and make sure yield and quality standards are consistently met.
Work in close collaboration with supervisors to guide their tasks to bring out their best, maintain a steady workflow, and achieve production goals without any delays.
Ensure efficient operations that not only meet local market needs but also maintain a reliable supply for global demands.
Production Supervisors
(Based in Karnataka and Maharashtra)
Supervise and support the daily work carried out in each assigned production unit.
Handle routine operations such as pollination, regular cultivation practices, and harvest activities with care.
Follow company protocols strictly while keeping production standards high and maintaining seed quality.
Observe progress closely, monitor results, and provide timely updates and reports to the production manager.
